Waltham Landing is a 5-story, 34-unit apartment building with 33,200 sf residential space and 8,260 sf retail space for 4 tenants.

Every apartment, including the 4 penthouse suites, features an open concept layout. The building is conveniently located near the MBTA commuter rail and downtown Waltham.

Due to the site’s tight location, TOCCI used just in time delivery of all materials and systems to drive the schedule. There was continuous interaction and coordination with the MBTA to ensure no disturbances throughout construction.

The project abutted a main road, requiring careful attention to construction traffic. TOCCI worked closely with the owner to ensure tight coordination with their ground floor retail tenants.
