TOCCI partners with The Davis Companies and RODE Architects to develop a 2-building 253 unit multifamily development.

Construction began in Spring 2022.

Scope includes 1515 Comm. Ave, a 7-story rental complex, and Hew, an 8-story condominium complex. Both offer a mix of studios and 1-3 bedroom units and contain state-of-art amenity spaces, 2-floor parking garages, bicycle storage, and green roofs.

Sitting on a former granite quarry, residents will enjoy a spacious rooftop terrace overlooking Brighton’s active Commonwealth Avenue and Green B and C lines.
