TOCCI conducted renovation work to a historic corporate building in Cambridge.

TOCCI joined New England Development and GZA GeoEnvironmental to perform the historic restructuring of Building #2 at American Twine Office Park. Scope of work included underpinning Building #2’s existing foundations with a helical pile and concrete knee wall system. Piles were installed both inside and outside of the building and connect and support existing exterior walls with a new concrete knee wall on either side of the existing foundation.
