Peter W. Rodino Federal Building was the 5-year major modernization of an occupied 1968, 16-story GSA property. 

Scope included major ACM removal, a building-wide HVAC/MEP systems overhaul, structural upgrades to meet seismic code, roof repair, 9 stories of gut renovation, and 7 stories of cosmetic upgrade. It also included the construction of a new fitness center, commercial kitchen, and cafeteria, accessibility improvements, security/IT system upgrades, and an overall façade cleaning.
