TOCCI partners with Dinosaur Capital Partners to convert a historic Financial District office building into 110 downtown Boston apartments.

TOCCI is serving as construction manager for the adaptive reuse conversion of 31 Milk Street, a historic 11-story office building in Boston’s Financial District. Developed by Dinosaur Capital Partners, the project will transform the building into 110 rental apartments as part of the City of Boston’s Office to Residential Conversion Program.

Designed by ICON Architects, the redevelopment will convert floors two through eleven into a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, with new resident amenities on the mezzanine and basement levels. The existing ground-floor USPS Post Office will remain operational throughout construction. The 1923 façade and ornate lobby will be preserved, balancing historic restoration with contemporary residential programming.
