TOCCI worked with GFF Architects and Hargis Engineers to complete Land of Nod (a Crate and Barrel subsidiary) in the Natick Mall.

TOCCI implemented Lean practices, using just in time deliveries to coordinate trade access for construction and inspection, completing the project in 8 weeks. The project was finished in time for their national “Beat the Rush” sales event in November, just before Black Friday.
