TOCCI Renovates Office Space at MBTA’s Everett Building #3  

MBTA’s Everett Building #3 projects consists of renovating over 10,000 sf of office space on the second floor of the MBTA’s Everett Maintenance Facility. Though the space remains unoccupied throughout construction, TOCCI is working closely with the MBTA to carry out a strategic approach that minimizes disruptions to adjacent end users and daily operations throughout the fully occupied building.

Upon completion, the  office space will provide the MBTA team with an improved, versatile workspace designed to meet their operational needs and support future growth.
