TOCCI and S/L/A/M worked under an IPD contract to deliver the first healthcare Integrated Project Delivery project in New England.  

The 14,000 sf cancer treatment/oncology wing includes a state-of-the-art Linear Accelerator for radiation oncology, a CT Simulator for diagnostic imaging, and outpatient medical oncology services. 

Access to the wing’s nursing center, exam and treatment suites, and infusion bays was through a private, 2-story glass lobby. High end interior finishes include wood beams, wall panels and millwork.
