TOCCI constructed a series of storefronts in North Andover’s Eaglewood Plaza.

This 78,500 sf, steel-frame development has 18 retail units including Burton’s Grill, Pier 1 Imports, and Talbots, most with 2 stories.

The project was delivered collaboratively using design-build.
