The extended project team collocated at TOCCI’s office to model, detail, and coordinate the patented GreenStaxx modular system; the project was built using 80 prefabricated modulars in 3 phases and was delivered in under 9 months.

Other notable features are its proximity to downtown Boston (5 miles) and its LEED Silver certification.
