TOCCI acted as CM to renovate the 5th floor of BMC’s Shapiro Building for a Women’s Health Outpatient Clinic.

Roughly 5,000 sf, Shapiro’s fifth floor will act as a Women’s Health Outpatient Clinic, with an OB/GYN center and ultrasound probe processing rooms to support reproductive health services. This outpatient ambulatory clinic will also provide an Ante-Natal Testing Unit (ATU) and Non-Stress Labs.
