Edward Farrell and Tiffany Horne

TOCCI Welcomes Ed Farrell +  Tiffany Horne

Ed Farrell joins  TOCCI as an Assistant Superintendent.  Farrell brings more than 10 years of healthcare construction experience with notable projects at Logan Airport and throughout downtown hospitals. He is also a member of the North Atlantic Regional Council of Carpenters (NERCC). A union carpenter, Farrell’s self-perform capabilities are an asset to the TOCCI team and the projects he supervises.

Farrell came to TOCCI on the recommendation of longtime employee and fellow Superintendent, Kevin Leonard. The two met while working within the same Boston hospital on separate projects for different firms. Leonard praised Farrell’s onsite managerial skills, his expertise in site logistics, and his ability to implement critical processes to drive projects forward.

As an Assistant Superintendent, he is TOCCI’s onsite presence ensuring progress, and monitoring day-to-day operations and site safety. Currently, you can find him at TOCCI’s recently awarded Cambridge Health Alliance Malden Care Center project. His proven track record of completing fast-track, occupied space renovations make him the right fit for this project and TOCCI’s growing healthcare portfolio

When not on the jobsite Farrell enjoys tackling home improvement projects. On the weekends, you can find him cheering on his kids at their sporting events and spending time with his family.

I’m happy to combine 20 years of construction experience and my expertise in healthcare renovations with TOCCI’s diverse portfolio of projects. I’m excited to contribute to a skilled team that produces top-tier work.

Ed Farrell, Assistant Superintendent

As Marketing Manager, Tiffany Horne will lead TOCCI’s marketing and communication strategy to advance brand awareness for the firm. Horne brings a decade of experience with a focus on A/E/C, most recently leading marketing efforts for a Waltham based general contractor.

Horne’s background in proposal development, content creation, and business development support enables her to effectively curate compelling messaging using a multi-channel approach. She will be the driving force for the creative development and construction of TOCCI’s marketing and communication plans that amplify the firm’s image and visibility.

TOCCI has a strong voice within the industry. I’m eager to collaborate with our team of creative thinkers and do-ers to develop thought provoking content that widens our reach and drives new business. It’s exciting to create for a company who is so invested in being at the forefront of technology and the future of construction.
