TOCCI is pleased to announce the award for the renovation of the CHA Malden Care Center Renovation.

TOCCI is set to oversee the fit-out renovation of approximately 20,900sf in three separate areas on the 2nd floor: at the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Malden Care Center for Outpatient Psychiatric services (approximately 17,000sf), Administrative space (3,000sf), and corridor space (900sf).

TOCCI is onsite, setting up to turn over a completed project come December 1st, allowing CHA to deliver uninterrupted service to their clients.
