TOCCI Promotes Rinkesh Garjera + Caitlin Fitzgerald

TOCCI is proud to announce the promotions of Rinkesh Gajera to Senior Project Controls Engineer and Caitlin Fitzgerald to Superintendent.

Rinkesh plays a critical role throughout the entire life cycle of TOCCI projects. He develops schedules during the preconstruction phase, identifying and mitigating pinch points.  During construction, Rinkesh review’s TOCCI Superintendent’s three-week look aheads. He regularly updates the overall schedule to support the team, project stakeholders, and key performance milestones.

“Rinkesh has always embodied a hungry professional attitude at TOCCI. When he joined the team, he was always asking ‘what more? What’s next?’ and today, his drive hasn’t waned. We’re incredibly proud to have him. He’s an essential part of the organization.”

Marvin Lahoud, General Manager

For TOCCI, Rinkesh has become a go-to expert on many topics, always willing to share his knowledge. He is heavily involved in TOCCI’s 1515 Commonwealth Ave and BMC Crosstown projects. He is an integral part of our team, and his positive attitude is infectious.

Rinkesh holds a BS in Engineering, Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an M.S in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

Caitlin joined TOCCI as a Virtual Design Construction (VDC) Specialist, and her passion for field operations has made for a seamless transition to Superintendent. Her skills in VDC help immensely on-site. She leverages Navisworks and Revit to facilitate communication between trade contractors and the design team and implements Matterport 3D reality capture and laser scanning.

“It’s been a pleasure to watch Caitlin grow in her role and continue to take on additional responsibility. She is deeply invested in the success of the projects that she is part of; from being an informed leader at meetings to interacting with subcontractors and the owner’s team with ease and keeping a keen focus on schedule progress and project milestones.””

Bill Welch, General Superintendent

Caitlin supports oversight of day-to-day field management at TOCCI’s 1515 Commonwealth Ave project. She manages subcontractor and owner meetings, carries out TOCCI schedules and ensures project milestones are met, and obtains signoffs for certificates of occupancy.

Caitlin has a Masters of Architecture from the University of Kansas.
