Tocci Building Companies was featured in The Boston Globe for its work on the UMass Memorial Cancer Center at Marlborough Hospital.
The UMass Memorial Cancer Center at Marlborough Hospital, celebrated its ribbon-cutting ceremony last Tuesday. Tocci takes great pride in its specialized use of IPD (integrated project delivery) which helped guide the construction of the project. Marlborough Hospital was, after all, New England’s first IPD-facilitated healthcare project.
Having actual patients on the planning team enabled the builders to understand the challenges they faced and to incorporate their insights into the project.
