TOCCI celebrates Natick Soldier Systems Center’s ribbon cutting ceremony
John Tocci, CEO Jim Boucher, Director of Operations, as well as management staff Sid Massaro, E. Taylor Tocci AIA DBIA, and Ryan Smith were guests at the April 20th ribbon cutting for the NSSC Family Housing developments in Natick, MA.
TOCCI thanks its design partner, Khalsa Design, and associates at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for their collaboration and dedication in making these homes a reality.
Heritage Housing and General Greene Housing – two campuses on NSSC property – host 24 townhomes, 2 duplexes, and 4 single-family structures. The project also included site improvements and shared amenity and play space for personnel families to enjoy.
We applaud the significant effort the Department of the Army has contributed to Family Housing for our Soldiers. It is not just the Soldier that serves in the Military, it is the entire family. This new, modular family housing complex and associated amenity space will support long-term memories for these families. This Design-Build model allowed for the successful, cohesive, and collaborative approach between USACE and TOCCI. We sincerely appreciate being a pivotal part of this monumental accomplishment for our service members and their families.James Boucher, Director of Operations
