TOCCI renovated 3 Victorian mansions into student housing for Hampton Properties, LLC, in partnership with Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

65 beds are spread across single, double, and triple-occupant suites, including 2 resident assistant suites with private kitchens.

These 3-story homes, now Cedar House A, Cedar House B, and Fruit House, are student-ready for the next semester.
