Rock Chapel Marine is the new headquarters for the Eastern Salt Company in Chelsea, MA.

It is a 5,500 sf, 2-story wood development overlooking Chelsea Creek. This building was constructed on a foundation of piles and grade beams and designed with large windows and daylighting controls for energy efficiency. The exterior was sided with cedar shingles.
