TOCCI renovates CHA Malden Care Center Out-Patient Psychiatric Services.

TOCCI is overseeing the fit-out of CHA’s Malden Care Center Out-Patient Psychiatric Services unit, converting existing storage space to more than 20,000 sf of consult rooms, group therapy spaces, shared clinical areas, waiting rooms and administrative and multi-purpose space.

Construction mobilized in early Summer 2023 and completion is expected before the end of the year. This fast-track project takes place within occupied space, and CHA will deliver uninterrupted service to their clients.
