Amgen Biomanufacturing Facility

TOCCI worked with Jacobs and Pharmadule Morimatsu to build a new pharmaceutical building for Amgen’s manufacturing campus.
The building combines traditional steel-framed construction with steel modular units to create 75,000 sf of lab, clean room, and support spaces.
Part of Amgen’s Next-Generation Biomanufacturing Plant, the building was constructed faster and more efficiently than traditional construction while reducing the building’s environmental impact.
