TOCCI acted as CM to renovate the 5th floor of BMC Crosstown for a Primary Care Clinic.

Crosstown Level 5 is part of a larger, phased project to relocate BMC’s outpatient services to the Crosstown Center.

TOCCI transformed the fifth floor of BMC’s Crosstown Building into a primary care clinic. The 26,000 sf space includes 46 exam rooms, offices, and charting areas, all designed with patient comfort and functionality in mind. Features include sleek glass storefronts, modern flooring, and demountable partitions utilizing KI’s modular wall system, allowing for flexibility and efficiency in healthcare delivery.
