    Bio

    John leads the Tocci Building Companies. John is driven by a passion for improving the means project delivery. His interest in providing better client service and developing more collaborative and productive relationships with designers and subcontractors has resulted in Tocci’s early adoption and successful practice of today’s most innovative built-environment initiatives.

    Executive Vice President

    Bio

    Tony provides organizational leadership for all aspects of project execution. He has primary responsibility for meeting project goals in accordance with contractual requirements and in keeping with a corporate commitment to first class service. He informs to and enables the policies and procedures that chaperon best operational practice in the office and in the field.

    Chief Business Performance Officer

    Bio

    Bud leads the implementation and execution of all performance metrics as well as strategic initiatives. In doing so, he shapes and guides the professional development of the firm by identifying the resources needed to continuously improve Tocci’s business model. Bud is also the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial reporting and risk management.

    Bio

    Laura oversees Tocci’s Virtual Design & Construction process utilizing Building Information Models. She leads Tocci’s R&D efforts, focusing on team efficiency and building and process optimization. Laura has been a key member of all of Tocci’s BIM projects.

    Vice President Cost Engineering + Planning

    Bio

    Joe directs all aspects of cost engineering for proposed and awarded projects, administers project purchasing functions and oversees the management of the project planning group.

  • Robert Tierney

    General Superintendent

    Bio

    Bob provides oversight for field operations, assuring superintendent compli­ance with QA/QC, labor management, reporting, cost control, and safety practices for all Tocci projects. He is a key contributor to evolving the company’s field manage­ment policies and contributes to the development of field personnel training programs.
