    John leads Tocci Building Corporation. John is driven by a passion for improving the means of project delivery. His interest in providing better client service and developing more collaborative and productive relationships with designers and subcontractors has resulted in Tocci’s early adoption and successful practice of today’s most innovative built-environment initiatives.

    Tony Sandonato provides organizational leadership for all aspects of project execution. He has primary responsibility for both meeting project goals and delivering first class service. He undergirds the policies and procedures that guide best operational practice in the office and in the field.

    Joe is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating all phases of the project from preconstruction through construction and closeout. He does this by overseeing and coordinating the cost engineering, project management and project superintendent teams and their respective activities to ensure that project goals are met.

    Lila oversees culture at Tocci and helps develop programs for staff education, enrichment, and well-being. She manages corporate giving and presents opportunities for employees to share their time, resources and money with the local and global community.

    Joe directs all aspects of cost engineering for proposed and awarded projects, administers project purchasing functions and oversees the management of the project planning group.

    Bob provides leadership and oversight for field operations, assuring superintendent compliance with QA/QC, labor management, reporting, cost control, and safety practices for all Tocci projects. He is a key contributor to field management policies and field personnel training. Bob is an instrumental link between Tocci’s VDC department and jobsites, assuring that superintendents and trade contractors understand and take full advantage of BIM implementation.

    Marvin Lahoud works inside project teams to guide development of target cost, schedule, quality, and safety performance goals and criteria. He facilitates continuous improvement initiatives using lean, excellence by discipline, planning and custom tools and techniques that promote corporate and project high performance results. He supports organizational growth using scorecards, root cause analysis, benchmarking, forecasts, key performance indicators (KPI) and post-mortem analysis to assist executives and managers in identifying and improving programs and processes or managing risks.

    Paul Neenan develops and guides the implementation of financial, accounting, billing, auditing, and internal control standards and protocols. He oversees the development and adherence of department budgets. Paul prepares monthly and annual financial analyses, statements and reports that guide short-and long-range business planning and inform capital and resource investment requirements. To increase operational efficiency, Paul identifies corporate and project-based accounting and financial reporting inefficiencies and recommends corrective strategies.
