Yesterday Tocci partook in the official groundbreaking of the new Hilton Homewood Suites Hotel in Downtown Providence, RI.

This is Tocci’s third project building for First Bristol Corporation. Additionally, we look forward to collaborating with ZDS as we continue to make progress on this site.

The 120 key, eight story facility will include dual elevators servicing all eight floors, a first floor parking garage, a second floor lobby, registration and meeting rooms, and a fitness center amongst other amenities. Guest rooms will be located on floors three through eight and include seven accessible guest rooms, five hearing/visual impaired guest rooms and twelve connecting rooms.

This 108,000 square foot hotel, located in the heart of Downtown Providence, is right around the corner from another Tocci project, Station Row. Look out for more updates in the future on both of these projects! Scroll down for pictures from the groundbreaking.
