Tocci gets the scoop on 88 Wareham Street’s progress

We checked in with Project Manager, Jaymes Larkin, to get the scoop on its latest progress:

Currently the air vapor barrier is roughly 75% complete and window receivers are being installed on the east elevation. Brick veneer is scheduled to begin next week pending window testing, and should be completed on two elevations by the middle of July. All interior walls are framed with the exception of the stair way/corridor walls.

One of the two sets of stairs is in the process of being completed this week, and the second set will be complete by the end of the month. MEP trades are underway with the plumber finishing rough installation on levels 2 and 3 and working on levels 4 and 5. HVAC is working on install of units, duct work and piping on levels 2 and 3. The electrician is set to start rough install within the week once the building is weather tight.
