This week Tocci is staying healthy with homemade dips.
A number of employees volunteered to make two kinds of salsa, hummus, and a pesto dip. They used basil and mint from the garden and fresh ingredients from the local health foods store. There were also some sliced figs drizzled with honey from the fig tree brought over from Italy by John Tocci’s grandfather. The office was invited to stop by for a taste and to share recipes.
