Tocci recently finished construction of a 23,000 SF lab and office fit-out for Torque Therapeutics.

Tocci recently finished construction of a 23,000 SF lab and office fit-out for Torque Therapeutics at One Kendall Square in the technological hub of Kendall Square. Tocci partnered with Torque Therapeutics and Charles Rose Architects to construct a modern lab facility for the research and development of a new class of Deep-Primed T cell therapeutics to dramatically expand cell therapy cures for cancer. The demolition and fit-out was performed throughout the 5th floor of the building. Finish scope includes numerous work stations; a café; board room; conference rooms, glass wall and door offices, and a shaped autoclave room.
