The team meets in Marlborough to figure lighting and electrical fixtures

During this week’s project meeting for Marlborough, the entire team from owner to lighting distributor got together to discuss lighting and electrical fixtures. Since everyone on an IPD job is responsible for risk and the budget, everyone was tentatively comfortable that some compromises could be made if the lights come back over budget. Hence the beauty of “frictionless” dollars, the money goes to what’s important while assuring the overall project remains on budget.
