Tocci set to start on a new project

As we mentioned last month, Tocci is working with Marlborough Hospital and The S/L/A/M Collaborative to build the Marlborough Hospital Cancer Pavilion using the latest IPD agreement from Hanson Bridgett LLP.

The 14,500 SF cancer pavilion will offer state-of-the-art compassionate cancer care, including:

• Medical Oncology
• Radiation Oncology
• Highly trained, skilled cancer specialist
• Access to the latest treatments and therapies

The program includes a healing garden as well as areas for medical and radiation oncology exams and treatment.

Marlborough Hospital opted to deliver the project using IPD to deliver the project “speedier and [in a] less costly” manner while providing high value to patients and Marlborough Hospital staff. The Cancer Pavilion will be the first finished healthcare construction project in New England to use the IPD contract.
