Tocci Visits Modular Installation at Lincoln Park

Yesterday, October 7th, Tocci’s Cost Engineering and Business Development departments went to a modular install for the Lincoln Park residential project in Dartmouth, MA by RCM Modular Solutions. The project included the installation of 56 modular boxes, with 36 units consisting of one, two, and three bedrooms. The six-man crew completed the installation in four days with four weeks to button up and install items such as formers and cornices. Viewing this install reminded us of how far the industry has come since our first modular project for the VNA in Somerville that we worked on 20 years ago and even our recently completed modular project Chelsea Place two years ago.
