Teaching IPD at MIT

John Tocci, Sr. taught the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) section of the Project Delivery class at the MIT Center for Real Estate on March 8th. This year, Carla Boragno, SVP and Head of Global Engineering and Facilities for Roche, flew out to co-teach the class.  

Carla oversaw the 6 million sf Genentech Life Science campus in South San Francisco when they retained TOCCI for two engagements on the campus, helping her transform project delivery for Genetech… permanently.  

She spoke to how they applied the process practically across both large and special projects programs. The campus includes Lab, Office and GMP Manufacturing.
