Designed by O’Connell East Architects, Futureform building company is completing the latest high-rise modular building project in the UK.

The project, commissioned by Victoria Hall, is a student dormitory with 19 stories and over 438 rooms. The waste diversion rates are pretty impressive even though modules are made off-site. And if our conversions are correct, the modules on our New Street Residences project were in the same size range.
