Paul Neenan
Paul develops and guides the implementation of financial, accounting, billing, auditing, and internal control standards and protocols. He oversees the development of department budgets. Paul prepares monthly and annual financial analyses, statements, and reports that guide short- and long-range business planning and informs capital and resource investment requirements. To increase operational efficiency, Paul identifies corporate and project-based accounting and financial reporting inefficiencies and recommends corrective strategies.
