Marvin Lahoud
Marvin oversees all aspects of business to develop key performance goals, mitigate risk, and ensure optimal results. He implements and maintains operating procedures for increased productivity while providing frequent staff training and coaching. He oversees contract negotiations and resolves claims. In addition, he collaborates with TOCCI’s CFO to ensure financial health. He develops and implements investment strategy and opportunities for growth as well as new business.
