Lila Tocci
Lila oversees culture at TOCCI and develops programs for staff enrichment and well-being. She manages corporate giving and works with the Wellness Team to create opportunities for employees to share their time, resources, and money with local and global communities. She works with the Safety Director to create a Culture of Care and a holistic wellness program. She also plays a strong role in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff.
