Kevin McCarthy
Kevin McCarthy has direct oversight of TOCCI’s Project Executives, Project Managers, APM’s, Superintendents, field staff, and the Safety Director. He develops, improves, and implements processes for operational efficiency. Kevin is responsible for creating strategic plans for project success and ensuring project delivery standards are met.
