Joe Ferolito
Joe directs all aspects of cost engineering for projects, administers project purchasing, and oversees the Estimating Team. He brings over 30 years of experience with an extensive network of trade contractors to develop and maintain target costs. Joe develops material and system alternates to meet budget while preserving design intent. He works closely with the VDC Team to utilize their BIM, laser scanning, and tech expertise to augment project planning.
