In honor of the Super Bowl this Sunday, we held a Souper Bowl Challenge.
Each department was asked to submit a healthy soup made from local ingredients. The six submissions featured a wide variety of ingredients from seafood chowder to chili made with home grown tomatoes to lemon orzo chicken soup to canjiquinha made with grits and braised pork. To say the least, it was a delicious lunch. After much debate about the voting process, the seafood chowder made by our VDC Manager and the lemon chick orzo soup made by one of our Senior Project Manager’s reigned supreme. Scroll down to check out the festivities!
