TOCCI oversaw the construction of Orleans Place, a 3-story, 90,000 sf independent living community for seniors 62 and older, developed by Wise Living and located at 18 West Road in Orleans, MA. The 43-unit condominium community is part of Wise Living’s broader mission to reinvent retirement on Cape Cod—offering seniors a modern, resident-controlled living environment woven into the fabric of an existing village rather than set apart from it.
