TOCCI oversaw the transformation of the Our Lady of Sorrows Monastery—a historic Passionist Catholic monastery in West Springfield—into Monastery Heights, an 85,000 sf assisted living and memory-care community. The project preserved iconic features such as stained glass windows, the private chapel, and the original dining room while adapting the space to serve modern residential and healthcare needs.
