Giovanni Tocci and his two brothers were brick layers and stone masons who became commercial builders.

John TOCCI & Sons, self-performed all major trades on mainly public projects.
John Tocci
John Tocci Sr. took over in 1985 and moved TOCCI into a construction management-based operation.

TOCCI’s giving culture is rooted in compassion for local and global communities, especially where we have connections. We provide our staff with opportunities to give their time, resources, and money with simple things like sneaker drives, Build-a-Bed for homeless children, and gifts for youth in lock up. As a company TOCCI supports global initiatives that provide disaster relief and economic empowerment for those often under the radar who live in dire conditions.
