Natick Soldiers Systems Center Family Housing

A Home Base for USACE

TOCCI collaborated with Khalsa Design, Inc. on this modular, design-build project which spanned 53,224 square feet and aimed to provide family housing for NSSC personnel. The project involved demolition of 25 military housing units that were replaced with 24 townhomes and 2 duplexes. Similarly, at the General Greene Avenue housing area, 2 existing military housing units were replaced with 4 single-family structures.
