Construction of the 7-story rental complex, and 8-story condominium complex began in Spring of 2022. The site, formerly a granite quarry, will provide views from the highest residential point in Boston once complete.

1515 Comm. Ave. features thoughtfully designed studios and 1-3 bedroom units, state-of-the-art amenity spaces, 2-floor parking garages, and eco-friendly green space.

When market forces threatened the viability of this 253-unit, two-building multifamily development atop Boston’s highest residential point, TOCCI delivered a solution. We collaborated with The Davis Companies and RODE Architects to cut hard costs by 15%—without sacrificing quality or marketability. With our precision-driven 5-step approach and deep integration of DfMA and Target Value Design, we turned challenges into opportunity, helping 1515 Commonwealth Avenue become a standout new address in Brighton.
