Situated within the 600,000 sf Market Street development, L.I.F.E. Colonial Village was constructed alongside a concurrent commercial project managed by another construction team. With two owners and two CMs sharing the site, TOCCI maintained precise coordination of waste removal, traffic flow, and utility connections. Construction continued seamlessly amid active residential and retail tenants, requiring disciplined planning and constant communication to ensure safety and minimize disruption.
