62-unit Osprey Cove East is 50% leased at completion!

Tocci is pleased to announce the completion of Osprey Cove East, a 66,294 sf apartment building at 34 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus, NJ. Developed by Hartz Mountain Industries, the project successfully transformed an abandoned lot into an upscale riverfront rental community.

The 3-story structure faces the Hackensack River and features 62 residential units. Located in a high-demand area off I-95 and Route 3, the property is ideally located for both commuters working in New York City, Jersey City, and Newark, as well as those in the greater Rutherford area. Notably, Osprey Cove East is over 50% leased with tenants already residing on all floors of the building.

We are proud to offer our services by completing another phase of this flourishing hub, which furthers Hartz’s initiatives to build a tremendous portfolio of complimentary properties and contributes to this community’s transformation. The completed Osprey Cove East residential development successfully articulates the vision of our partnership with Hartz on this project, and maximizes the potential of this previously underutilized parcel of land.
