VJ assists in the strategy and development of diverse business ventures to achieve corporate growth. Utilizing his relationships and extensive knowledge of the greater Boston building community, VJ oversees real estate development. He holds roles in operations and business development. With over 30 years of construction and restoration experience, his passion and deep knowledge make him a key resource for TOCCI’s historic conversion projects. He is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Historic New England.
