Bill Welch
Bill is an accomplished superintendent with full charge experience on complex, domestic, and international projects. His 20 years in the AEC industry spans small renovations to modular construction, with expertise in federal and residential projects in urban environments. He has extensive experience working on projects with complicated site logistics and utilities.
Bill oversees all day-to-day field management of projects and partners with the Project Manager to develop and implement strategies for scheduling, trade sequencing, quality control, logistics, and safety. Bill plays a vital role in TOCCI’s corporate improvement initiatives while managing the field team and mentoring talented future leaders.
