Station Row is a 260,000 square foot six story residential multifamily community located in downtown Providence, RI.

The project is currently targeted for completion in the fall of 2018. Superintendent, Matt Neel, gave us the scoop.

The sixth floor of the North end of the building is being erected with roof truss preparations being made; roofing is scheduled to follow. The fourth floor walls of the South end of the building are being erected with fifth floor trusses, with sixth floor walls to follow immediately. Exterior weather barriers and window installations are underway. Interior and exterior metal framing is ongoing throughout the building. MEP Coordination and installation continues on levels 1-4. Preparations for slab on grade in the parking garage are continuing with an anticipated slab placements beginning shortly. Underground utilities are complete and asphalt binder preparations are being finalized with binder to be placed soon as well.
