Tocci oversaw the 50,000 sf renovation of existing office space, and the build-out of an additional 9,000 sf of acquired office space.

On floor four, construction was being completed in an occupied facility. At times, work had to be relegated to just the weekend which was carefully coordinated with the owner and applicable parties.

Tocci was successful in delivering an accelerated schedule without compromising the preconstruction planning essential to the project.
