Its colonial farmhouse design won the Senior Living Design Award the year it was built. The development sits above an apple orchard.

Trees cut down during construction were repurposed for hardwood flooring in the kitchen, library, sunroom, and other amenities. 50% of the development’s footprint was reserved for common areas for tenants.
