Monastery Heights, originally a Passionist Catholic monastery, was restored and retrofitted by TOCCI for 105 assisted living units and mental health wing.

The 85,000 sf community features preserved stained glass windows, a private chapel, and historic dining room.

The stone building sits within 18 acres along the Connecticut River Valley.
